The patented Reflexor Air-System offers innovative shoe interior technology for every shoe. The system is based on the contour cushioning which has either knobbles or grooves.

The Reflexor Air Conditioning function is achieved by grooves and knobbles that are pointing downwards to the outsole. After gluing to the top lining the whole unit is perforated. The rolling action of the foot causes a real ventilation effect through the arrangement of rpofiles abd air ducts. In addition to the continuous replacement of air, the high-quality compounds with its good compression set provide a shockabsorbing air cushion with every movement.

The Reflexor Massage System is based on the reflex sone principle. The knobbles or grooves point upwards towards the sole of the foot, thus massaging and stimulating blood circulation and muscles. The smoothly laminated and perforated leather top sole guarantees a continuous exchange of air under the sole of the foot. The air duct system in the the contour cushioning ensures a supply of air over the entire sole.

The complete system consists of coordinated individual components, which are top lining, contour cushioning, footbed and insole, and outsole.

The top lining should preferably be made of soft lining leather and perforated. Various knobbled and grooved profiles are available to offer the best ideas for contoured cushioning. High-quality foamed and vulcanized compounds guarantee a high level of rebound resilience (compression set).
